Rebecca is an expert in holistic health, wellbeing and personal development. She has a keen interest in the link between emotions and their effect on the physical make-up of our bodies, holding qualifications in touch therapies such as Massage and Reflexology, a Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, and a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

In 2012 Rebecca founded Haelan Therapy, an award winning holistic therapy centre in Hertfordshire. Haelan provides therapy treatments such as Massage, Reflexology, Energy Healing (such as Reiki and Crystal Therapy) and Biomagnetic Therapy, as well as one-day personal retreats and holistic courses. Currently, Rebecca takes on the role of Haelen's Reiki Master Teacher and Transformational Life Coach. She has also created a unique Touch-Talk Therapy treatment which combines the power of Massage with Transformational Coaching.

Rebecca also holds a Lantra Award in Equine Facilitated Coaching, working as an Equine Facilitated Coach with Learning to Listen, an organisation which offers a holistic approach to personal coaching and professional training. She co-facilitates the delivery of their personal and professional development programmes.

Rebecca began her journey in holistic therapy in 2010 after her mum was diagnosed with cancer. Her experience made her realise the importance of her own wellbeing, and from there she embarked on a path which led her to train in holistic therapy treatments. The belief is that when people look after their health and wellbeing, and raise their awareness of and release deep emotional self-limiting beliefs, they can become the very best they need to be - both physically and emotionally.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Westminster University with a First Class BA Hons Degree in Tourism and Town Planning. Previously she was Fundraising Manager at Keech Hospice Care and an Event Manger at the Royal National Institute of the Blind.

Rebecca has written and been featured in magazines and journals such as Top Santé and Healthy Magazine.
