Do you have inspirational quotes?
'Failure is not when you fall but when you fail to get back up again'
'You can never cross the ocean unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore'
What have been your highs & lows?
My highs - I was recommended to Nick Grimshaw and he came in for treatment. He loved it so much he told all his friends at Radio 1!
Also when Professor Green shared a post about me on instagram and publicly thanked me for looking after him and his nan. It was a really amazing feeling to know that i'm able to help people and am finally getting recognised on a bigger scale.
My lows - Working 7 days a week for 6 weeks non-stop. That has been hard, but it really has been worth it. Especially as I love what I do.
What do you think is the biggest issue facing women today?
The biggest issue facing women is in fact their power and grace. People can feel intimidated by this, which then can in turn, be detrimental in pushing their careers forward within certain industries, for example politics.
What advice do you have for other women?
My advice is to love yourself. Make time to stop and reflect on what you've achieved so far. Many women rush around, whether they have kids, a business or not, it doesn't matter. Women are known for putting themselves last! I'd say stop on your journey and take a deep breath and realise how incredible you are.
Do you think it’s important to have International Women’s day and why?
I think its a great day to just remind the world how far women have come. How hard we've had to fight in the past to be heard and how strong we are now.
